I took my car to this shop today, funny thing is I went to the wrong shop and I’m glad I did. I wanted to get a noise checked out that I previously got inspected but they wanted me to spend $1,600 on an assumption. So I brought my car here and Moises took his time and actually inspected my car and saved me money and headache. He walked me through what he found and his recommendations. I appreciate service like this, that is honest, fair, and customer friendly. And the noise that I was hearing was from a metal touching metal and they made the adjustment. Thank you all for being a shop people can trust.

I first called to get a quote on a repair, and the price was very reasonable for the issue that needed to be fixed. I brought my vehicle in for the repair, unfortunately, I had another repair that was also needed. Orlando Auto repair showed me the issue and fixed both issues at a reasonable cost and did a GOOD job, thank you Orlando Auto Repair!

Very knowledgeable and informal mechanics. When I brought my car in, it was running sluggish. After the hospitality and service here my car is running great again. I'm very pleased with the reliable service here! Everyone was very professional and nice. I highly recommend this place to anybody needing repairs.

These people are amazing. My car broke down on my way home from work, 40 miles away from home, and I was able to get to the nearest repair shop. But only did they let me stay way past closing for my ride to come get me, but they took the time to ask a lot of questions, which led to them finding out that they work with the dealership I purchased my car from, and that saved me a whole lot of money that I did not have. Moises in the front office kept me informed on the status of my repairs, and was very understanding of my need to get my car back asap. They were all super friendly and never spoke down to me (which sadly happens a lot to women). My car has been running great, and I honestly would go out of my way to bring my car back to them. Thanks guys!!

I can’t say enough good things about Mathew and Orlando Auto Repair LLC. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, patient, and very professional. I brought my car in convinced that a specific part was bad, but instead of just going with what I thought, they did a full inspection and were completely honest with me. They explained that the part I assumed was the issue was actually fine and took the time to find the real problem. Not only was the actual issue much simpler, but it also ended up being significantly cheaper than what I was originally expecting. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a repair shop that won’t take advantage of you and genuinely wants to help, this is the place. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

This place is truly incredible! I normally do my own work on my car especially when it comes to cosmetic mods. However, when I attempted to put on my lip spoiler I simply could not remove certain bolts no matter how hard I tried. I knew it was a simple job but I had no choice but to ask for help. I called this place and the front desk lady was amazing, she was kind and knew my concerns. When I arrived at the spot she was also honest about the price and hid nothing from the expenses. The mechanic was also incredible, I stepped out to the parking lot to give it one more try and he went out with me, offering me assistance and helping me solve the problem on the spot. Not only that, he did not charge me anything, instead he offered me useful advice and tips so that I could complete the little project myself. Truly a remarkable place filled with genuine people with expertise in their craft and transparent with their business. Definitely recommend this place!

This is the most trustworthy shop that I have ever been to. They dont try to over price and rip you off and Moises was very helpful with answering any questions that I had. I will definitley bring my cars back here in the future!

Please READ 1000% Positive. My Daughters 2020 Chevy Trax has a Catalytic Converter Issue. Julio (Super Helpful) Tech got on the phone with me to explain that The Under the federal Clean Air Act, manufacturers are required to cover major emissions components, including the catalytic converter, for this period. Julio provided this info for my Catalytic Converters, provided me expected Service Codes to look for and steered me away from an expensive repair option from another Shop. He gave me a solution, gave me options, gave me honest and complete answers that I can pass onto my Daughter. I talked with Julio for 15 min as he explained ALL the options, 100% respect, 100% trying to fix my issue, 100% there to help my Daughter, I live 1200 Miles from Orlando, If anyone were to ask me which Auto Repair Shop to get my car fixed at? Julio at Orlando Auto Repair. I even sent a video from the dealership to verify the issue. I cannot THANK Julio and his team for the time, and honesty to explain my issue to me.. Julio has 30 yrs in the business - 100% customer service, 100% respect, there is not enough thanks I can provide Julio and his team for helping me out. There is not enough gratitude i can give Julio for his Honesty.. Larry

EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! They were able to get my car in and out within 2 days. Excellent turnaround time. Moises in the front office is fantastic very professional. The technician took the time to answer any questions that I had. Very trustworthy with their quotes. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.
